I have been working on my website and I wanted to have a free blog on my webite not one like william.typepad.com, I also wanted it to be able to post pictures to, and one that incuperates with my webpage like this http://zachgordon.com/ . And be able to custimize it easily, and would be cool to be able to post from email or mms. I know this is a lot, and I have done my research to try to find one but I can't find any free ones that do what I like. I would appreciate all the answers I can get thanks!

I don't think you are going to be able to find any free software for doing what you want. Check out Movable Type or Scoop, those are popular. More ideas are listed here.

That depends on your situation. Who hosts your webpage now? What capabilities do you have? You could make your blog your homepage. You could make it a separate page. It all depends on what you want.
