Infected with Adware, Spyware???
I think my other computer is being hijacked! IBBP adware or something. I just detected it with PestPatrol today, can't seem to get rid of it. When I tried to follow the instructions on the Pest P. site, when attempting to close some processes it said 'Access Denied". Any Programs that can solve my problem without much work?

There is a new version of AdAware available:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ and you might also want to try Spybot Search and Destroy. I use the two above programs along with Spywareblaster. This combination works well for me. |

do a search for cwshredder.. it can take care of some of the nastier ones that adaware and spybot cant get..

You might also want to try removing the spyware while you're in Safe Mode.
