Outlook automatically creates a .pst file. This file is generally a hidden file so you'll need to uncheck hide system files in folder options. The file "should" be located:

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

I checked the the location and all it gave me are these files:
Outcmd.dat
outlook.nk2
outlook.srs
outlook.xml

Search for *.pst - enable advanced options and search hidden and system files.
