Bootvis-interesting program, cut 20 secs off my boot

I just tried this and went from 1' 15" to about 55". Not great, but better. I still think something is holding up my boot time. I have SATA WD RAPTOR HD, amd 3500+. Everything in bios is pretty much optimized, I turned off controller that I wasn't using (PROMISE controller), etc.
This is a fairly new computer with little installed so I'm not sure where to go from here.

any suggestions for reducing boot time further?

Have you turned off your serial and parallel ports in the BIOS? (Leave them on if you use them, though)

I looked at the log created by Bootvis. I think that my second hard drive (no OS, just slave device) is contributing another 15-20 seconds. No big deal, I can just unplug since I'm not using anyway.
