WMP File>Open
hi, when i click file>open in WPM (v9) it 'usually' opens the box into 'c:\program files\windows media player' instead of the 'my music' folder like i wish it would. does anyone know how i can set it to let me automatically browse the 'my music' folder instead of its own folder?

Open your media player,then click on the options tab and in there there shpuld be a library tab to click,then browse,select your music folder and click okay.I am using version 10 now so you may look where I just stated but I know its there in that general area in version 9.
