iTunes 4.6 will not start. Please help!!
I just downloaded iTunes off of apple's website and installed it. however, when I click on the icon to start it up, nothing happens, and then it will paritally freeze up my computer, you can run new programs, but folders will not close, they will just stop responding, and I cannot turn the computer off.

I have XP with all the updates prior to SP2. Do you need sp2 to run itunes?

Also, I had the latest version of Quicktime installed on my computer, itunes setup says that it downloads QT also. could this be the prob?
