Direct X & Windows Updates
I am trying to install Direct X 9c However I keep getting "Doesn't pass windows Xp test" and then it says "Direct X can't copy file" Is there any service I need running(because i tweaked it) or something that will help it work.
Same thing with Windows Update. It trys to download the new version of BITS and it can't. Just says "Installing ANy suggestions? |

Hello PCBUILDER,
My friend's computer had the same problem at one time. He disabled a service that needed to be running. You need to run services.msc from (start --> run) and then enable Cryptographic Services |
