Failed to load resources from resource file
I bought 4 HP Pavillion A465W computers. When connecting to our digital cameras, the HP Imagezone Plus program always says 'Failed to load resources from resource file. Please check your setup.' and then closes.

All 4 of these computers do the same thing. I can get the photos transferred, but once they are transferred, Imagezone will not run. These computers came with XP Home, but I upgraded to Pro right away.

Is this a problem with the OS or with Imagzone?
