Looking For Charting Software

Does anyone know of a software program where you can insert statistics like numbers or time or whatever and it will give you the option to view the statistics in a graphical chart?

Here are a couple of Excel tips sites you may want to check out, also I beleive that MS has a tutorial but I can not vouch for how good it will be for your purposes.
