Some strange startup popups

Computers been minorly screwy after mommy ripped it out cause i was grounded

now when i turn it on i always get these two popups (see attachment)

specs:

asusp4p800
radion9800pro (with the new catalysts, but the controll center doesn't work)
512 corsair
80 gig maxtor
p4 2.8 at 3.08

im running sp1 (and dont plan on updating)

im using avg for antivirus with adaware and spybot

if needed ill run a hijack scan and housecall (if these are bugs)

The first message is from adware I think. Run spybot and adaware SE updated. Then if you dont have a antivirus get AVG free, update it and remove all it finds. If you still get the message then check this out http://www.pestpatrol.com/zks/pestin...ildtangent.asp

the second I got the same thing with my ATI drivers when I had the control center, just uninstall it and install the drivers w/o the control center.

The second error is from the Catalyst Control Center. Download .NET Framework 1.1 and this will disappear. I had the same problem.
