I got W2k on Amptron computer (BKII630e). I do not have the disks that came with the computer.
My girl friend got a HP pavillion fl703 LCD Monitor and when I tried to installed the drivers, I got an error: "Manufacturer not in this location" Or something to that effect. For some reason I can not install the drivers. Any thoughts? |

There is no need to install monitor drivers. W2K will see it as a default monitor and allow you to change resolution, color depth, and refresh rate - it just won't hide modes that the monitor is not capable of using. That monitor maxes out at 1280x1024, 75Hz - but there's no need to run it any higher than 60Hz.
