Norton 2004
My Antivirus stopped working and there was no uninstall program. I went to Norton's site and followed their instructions for removing. Whenever I try to install the program I get halfway thru it and get an error that it can't install. Any suggestions. By the way I do own the program and Symantics support site is terrible.

What is the error message that you get while installing?
Are you logged on to your computer as an administrator or as a user with administrative rights? |
