Free email program

Anyone know of any good free email program? somthing i could check both my aol and comcast email with would be good, i dont like outlook as it wont let me download any attachments.

Btw, is there any way to change the reply/forward cursor position. That is, I want it so that the cursor by default goes INFRONT of the message. Like outlook and outlook express. So when i reply my newer message is up top.

Outlook certainly does allow attachment downloads if you set it up properly.

It's now possible to use an email client with AOL mail as long as it's IMAP and authenticated SMTP capable.

http://members.aol.com/adamkb/aol/mailfaq/imap/

Looks like Thunderbird may be your answer.
