Look in the properties, there will be a box to uncheck.

In your Norton Antivirus configuration:
Advanced Tools Norton Protected Recycle Bin Properties - modify Turn protection off on all drives. If that doesn't work, uninstall Norton Antivirus Professional and install the standard version. |
