problems printing a gif with paint.

Hey. I never mess with images. Anything with hardware, I'm good, just I really do anything with pics or images.
My problem is: there's this pic online that I want to blow up, print and then cutout and use for a paint scheme for mmy snowmobile. I only have paint and imaging on my system. Tried paint, and was able to blow up the image. But when I went to "print", it would always come out small, just stuck up in one corner of the page instead of large. I've tried zooming it and then saving it, but to no avail. the print and the print preview always give it as small. I've looked through my printer settings trying to find a way to zoom in, but couldn't find anything.
Does anyone know how I could fix this problem (for paint)?
Is there another program I could download that would allow me to do what I want with this .gif?
Thanks
