WMP10 in some wierd language.
i installed WMP10 and it comes in this wierd language. it plays files ok but why isnt it in english?

Nope. If this is the new build you're talking about (that you have in the sig - btw, very nice system), you may want to try a reinstallation of WMP10 - install directly from MS's website instead of through WMP.

The very same thing has happened to me, and I CANNOT fix this, even with that download site...
I think the language is Russian, btw. UPDATE: I found a fix for this little language problem. Simply download WMP 9 series, and then have it update itself... Last edited by easyco16; 10-09-2004 at 04:08 PM. |

i did download through MS website. i'll try dling wmp9 and upgrading.

.....first uninstall wmp10 in add/remove programs and then install wmp9....btw IMOP, wmp9 is much better than wmp10.

i cant find wmp10 in the contrl pane prog listl...
edit- i somehow did something to the control panel and then reinstalled it i think i removed it from the components section. now everything is in english. Last edited by Yuanji; 10-09-2004 at 10:37 PM. |
