outlook express question

I just put in a new hard drive and installed winxp home.
I have my old hard drive in as a slave.

Can I copy my emails and email folders from the outlook express on my old hard drive to my new hard drives outlook express.

I was pretty sure there is a way to do this, but I can't remember how....

Thanks Scott

Click File->Import and point it to the old mail folder.

Find the .dbx files on the old drive, then use the import wizard to import from a store directory.
