Can't delete a file from my desktop!
I downloaded the apache server program the other night to try it out, well I couldn't get it to install right so I decided to move on to other things. When I went to delete the exe. file from my desktop I got this message "Cannot delete appserv-win32-2.4.1: It is being used by another person or program."
"Close any programs that might be using the file and try again." My question is how do I figure out what programs are using it so i can stop them and delete this thing from my desktop? Keep in mind I never installed the program, I only downloaded the installation program to my desktop. Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated! Oh yeah! First time poster and long time lurker so go easy.

Reboot into safe mode and delete it. If that doesn't work, try MoveOnBoot.

For future reference, press the F8 key before the windows loading screen appears.
