Common address/ical database

I currently dual boot with XP Pro/Fedora Core 2. I like to be able to check my email, surf the web, etc on both platforms. The other day I figured out how to fiddle with some firefox options so that both my Linux installation and my XP installation will share the same bookmarks file, so if I change some stuff while I'm on one platform, I can boot up the other and it will be changed there too.

I'd like to do the same with with my Thunderbird address books and my Sunbird calendar database. Anyone have any ideas?
