copy mass amount of files with no overwriting

i have a folder full of one kind of file. i have a folder on my laptop which i would like to be an exact replica of the first foilder. If i highlight all the files and just copy them in i get i 'file already exists' message and 'do i want to overwrite'.

There is a 'yes' 'yes to all' and a 'no', the problem is that i want a 'no to all' button:/

i can do basic VB6 but i as thinking more along the lines of a .BAT file that i could run and it would do the task. The thing i need to know is what would i have in that bat file?

sorry if this is in the wrong section but i didnt know where to put it.

P.S if you need to know anything else just reply here and ask

Well, "no to all" does exist, there is just no button for it. It's Shift+"no".
So just hold down the shift key, klick on "no", and there you have it, the "no to all".
