Program to slow down faster machine
Does anybody know of a good one?
I want to make a P3 650 run at about the speed of a P1 200 (possibly slower). DOS and Windows 98 compatibility would be nice. Couldn't find a thread about this anywhere. If there is one, please point me to it. Thanks. |
