sound recorder
somehow my sound recorder got deleted how can i get it back?

Use the Windows Search feature on the Start Menu to look for sndrec32.exe. If it's there (should be in the System32 folder on XP, not sure on Win98). If it's there and it opens Sound Recorder, just put a shortcut to it wherever you want one.
If it's not there, on Win 98, you can reinstall it through Add/Remove Programs>Windows Setup tap>Multimedia>Details button. In WinXP, you can use Start>Run>msconfig>OK>Expand File button to extract a new copy to the System32 folder. Not knowing which operating sytem you're using, that's about all the information I can offer. |
