Spyware, can't get rid of it

i have this program in background called 6q6rcq.exe. it causes pop up ads all the time and is getting annoying, spybot detects a few things called

DSO exploits
Download accelerator plus adds <<--- i had that for a while and never game me ads

i tried even search for 6q6rcq.exe and deleteding it but it comes back. i am getting impatiesnt and don't know what to do to stop and prevent this.

Try using Ad-Aware SE, and change the options in config. so that it runs as soon as you boot up your system. That way Ad-Aware is able to find files (Spyware/Adware) and delete them before they load during start up. You can get your free version of Ad-Aware SE at www.Download.com .
