Word Template with Logo

I have been given three image files of a company's logo, a tiff, jpg and an eps file. How can I insert this image file at the top of the document and save a template so that the picture cannot be deleted or moved. I have tried saving after using insert picture from file. What I get is a document which can have the image deleted if it is clicked.
I have tried watermark but it always appears in the middle of the page. Is there a way to make the watermark stay up at the top?
Is there some method for making letterhead that I am not listing here.
Any helpful hints will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Alan

Well I found what I needed. Letterhead is what I searched for and Google gave me the scoop.
