bootable CDs...
What I want to do is put diagnostic tests, for memory, hdd, etc., that are usually for floppies on to CDs.
I'm assuming that just dropping the floppy program on to a CD won't do the job, or would it? How would I go about making bootable diagnostic CDs?

Get the Freeware "Ultimate Boot CD" which is already loaded with programs. Then if you want to add more I beleive it explains how. Dave

As long as the main file is an exe, you can create a file named AUTORUN.INI containing this:
Code:
[autorun] open=thisdir\thisprog.exe

Try a google search for "creating bootable CD". At or near the top of the hit list is a good explanation of the steps.
