How do I get rid of this!!! Plz help...

My friend stayed with me over the summer, and he downloaded a program called 96 Crypt. I dont know what this is used for and i had no use for it so i uninstalled it. Even after a successful UNinstallation, this little program still come up in my right click menu. It has 4 options for me in the right click menu, but when i click on one of them to see what it does, it just opens the "open with" menu. The program is no longer on my system, and hasnt been for months. I just want to know how to get rid of these options in my right click menu. Any help will be well appreciated, thanks.

Not sure if this is a registry problem.. but you could use something like RegCleaner or RegScrubXP...
I would also do a search for the programs name as well as any other affiliated names.. they usually leave behind remnants you have to manually delete...
