Start Outlook Express...nothing

The wife and I get to take care of any challenges that the mother in law comes up with on her computer...
It is running the xp home... fresh install, and in trying to get the outlook express up and running there is no joy.
Have tried the add/remove program, in making sure that the window compon is there, yes it is checked and then finish........ but still no outlook,,,
It is on the drive, click on the program and it does not even start,,, one gets the little timer starting under the mouse pointer...... then nothing........ no outlook...
any ideas?

Send a message via MSN to Tech Guy
You may also want to try downloading it off microsofts website, and running the install, it may overwrite any corrupted files that are causing outlook not to open.
