Question Unwanted IE Toolbars

My friends computer has these two annoying toolbars that always show up when she starts Internet Explorer. One of them is on the top, and the other is on the bottom. I've tried running Ad-Aware and SpyBot to get rid of them but it doesn't work. I've also tried going through "Add/Remove Programs" but I can't find the program to uninstall these unwanted IE Toolbars. Any Suggestions?

(The Google Toolbar is supposed to be there.)

Have you tried up top going to view>toolbars and seeing if you can set your desired toolbar preferences there? I have mine locked up there so that they stay how I want them..
