Ran Hijackthis. What can I get rid of?

I just ran hijack this, but I dont know enough to decide what to get rid of so I posted my log bleow. Thanks.

I would question the roxio go-back and the zone alarm.
they both are programs that are duplicating and possible interfering with the built in programs that are already in xp.
xp has system restore and a built in firewall, so you do not need any additional software to do the same thing.

there are other things that may be posted about this.

None specifically but I wanted to see if there were things I could get rid of so my computer would run faster due to less ram being used.
