problems with crappy MS office 2003 or vidcard

hey i was working on office 2003 yesterday(looks really nice, but i wish i could say the same for its functionality) and i ran into a few problems. first of all, when i made a screenshot and pasted it onto a word 2003 document, it displayed fine, but after i scrolled down and back up, it turned white and you couldnt see anything. is this a problem with office 2003 or my vid card? maybe the monitor? its probably office because the file works fine on office 2002 on a laptop with a bad video card. is this image thing a known problem with ms office 2003? how can i fix it?

thanks for your help.

I'm voting it's a video card issue. I've been using Word 2003 for several months now and haven't had any proble like that.

If you save the doc - close - reopen, does the problem go away? Without saving, you're actually viewing the file from the temp folder. Is you tem file full of stuff that needs to be deleted.

Are you just scrolling past it, without stopping? On my schools computers if you just scroll past screenshots they are white, but if you stop over them they appear.
