Registering Quicken 2001
I am attempting to register a copy of Quicken 2001 on my Window 95 computer. I launch Quicken, select the Register option, the computer connects to the Internet and an error message is displayed:
Connection to registration is unsuccessful. Please check your Internet settings and retry later. All my Internet settings are correct, my computer TIME and DATE are correct. I have IE 5.5 on my machine and can use it. What else should I do? |

you might be connecting to a old URL for registration at Quicken , have you gone to their site to see if they have a page for registration there?

You probably will have to register by phone.

Call 800-811-8766, that's customer service, not tech support. Just tell them that the computer is not connected to the Internet, they HAVE to help you register at no charge.
