Spelling, grammar, and typing speed software tests

Does anybody know of a good program for administering spelling, grammar, and keyboarding tests? We are currently using a program called Tapdance, which is a comparatively expensive, seemingly DOS-based POS. An alternative would be nice.

I'm not looking for a program to teach typing skills, I'm looking for software that will test these skills.

I have seen those online free typing tests, and they work great. Unfortunately, online won't work for me. I need software that I can use on a PC that will record tests and statistics. These tests are for job applicants, so there is a need to keep track of the test results, and a free online test can't do that.
