Firefox and Trendmicro Housecall
hey, i'm trying to use the housecall from trendmicro. i installed the java applett and restarted, but it still doesn't load. a little bar comes down on the top of the browser (below the address bar) and tells me more plugins need to be installed, although it says it doesn't know which. so i choose manual install but nothing comes up. when i try loading housecall it sets up the interface but then hangs. any suggestions?

Why don't you just use Internet Explorer for that?
