NAV2003 register question
i just reinstall xp on a computer and when i install NAV2003 and register (not activate) it connected successfully but the next step sending registration said that it couldn't send information why is that

There is no need to register it, you can skip that step. 2003 also did not require activation. You get a year's worth of subscription on a fresh install (unless it's a 90 day OEM version) and all you have to do is live update it a few times to get it up to date. Obviously, you need a live Internet connection.
