DVD shrink problem

When ever I go through the steps in DVD shrink when I get to the point of back up It won`t do anything. As a matter of fact the header at the top will say program not responding. What can I do to be able to use the program? Thanks for the help. The OS is xp home.

Did the program work before or is this your first attempt at using it?

dvd shrink

did you try uninstalling the program and reinstalling it again? you might want to go to dvdshrink.org and post your problem on their forum, might get some answers from people who use the program more religiously then people on this forum. just a thought!

Sounds like you may have a corrupt file there somewhere, I have this program and it works great. Where did you get your copy?

One silly question but it's worth a shot. Is you DVD burner setup correctly that might be the problem? It's a slim chance of being the problem but still a possibility.
