excel colums to word
i have a 2 column setup in excel, but its not working when i need to add something to the list, it shifts down to the next page instead of moving up to the top of the same. now, what i would like to do is take the columns that i have in excel and take them over to word and use the newsletter column feature. is there any way to copy and paste them in without the tables coming over as well. i just want the text in the list.
thanks a bunch craig

Try inserting a page break.

Sounds to me that the move to Word is the best choice. I'd copy to notepad first then from notepad to Word, this way you are sure to strip all formatting off before pasting into Word. Afte the first move you'd be set for all further additions.
