Outlook Problem

One of the people here at work is having a problem where they are able to get some of thier email and then it quits downloading them. If she reboots it downloads some more, etc....

This computer is sharing some files with other users and it is very annoying to reboot and let the others know each time so they don't lose anything.

Can anyone let me know what may be causing this?

Which version of Outlook?

And search for the *.pst files. Outlook (prior to 2003) will start behaving real badly when the pst file gets close to 2 gigs. It'll almost die when the file hits 2 gigs.

They may also have a problem with one or more e-mails on their POP server - corrupted, oversize attachments, virus-laden, mailbox full, etc.

The way to clear this is log onto the ISP's webmail and screen what's in the inbox.
