Just go to www.adobe.com. 6.0 is free. Look on the left where it says Get Adobe Reader.

If you can, I would suggest getting 5, rather than 6 (haven't heard anything about 7). After installing Acrobat Reader 6, I found it to have way too much bloat, and went back to 5.
