having problems with norton ghost

alright, i bought my dad norton ghost for christmas, because he is always having probs with his computer, which means i am always reformatting and reconfiguring. i set it up to do an image on a dvd, and it burned it, and i can see the files from within windows. however, when i restart the computer with the pc-dos disk in to run an integrity check, it can't find any of the files on the dvd. i ran the backup wizard, so i assume everything was done correctly. anyone have any insight? thanks
