Don't tread on me
|
not a plug, just a rave
friend of mine was having serious issues with spyware/viruses.
So I remoted in, none of the icons/shortcuts worked, so everything was command line ![]() I ran adaware/spybot/hijackthis/cwshredder. They found some spyware, cwshredder found nothing actually the others did. Anyway, to make a long story short, I tried giant antispyware, that one m$ bought and is about to give out for free, and WOW, it cleaned up that pc to like new. I was really surprised, I have tried "retail/consumer" stuff before and none had previously worked as well as adaware/spybot combo, until now. Anyway, just figured I would put my $.02 in on this product. Anyone here who knows me, knows I DO NOT endorse software, never wanted to seem biased, but this giant worked first time, no problems. I'll see in a few weeks how much spyware if any has accumulated on my friends pc.

Ok, if it works that good now, will M$ mess with it and will it work as good in the near future?
