fqpissed Windows\pcdlib32.dll

I recently changed HD's and I am no longer using Office97. When I attempt to install my Nikon Digital software, I get this:
An Error Occurred During The Move Process: -115
Component: Windows
File Group: Windows
File C:\Windows\pcdlib32.dll

Is this a shared file? I cannot delete it...Access denied!

What can I do, I don't have the original CD for Office97 any longer!

Any help would be appreciated!

IKN

Running: OS-Windows98 SE, Pentium4, 40G HD, 256 Memory DDR

It's probably a version conflict - pcdlib.dll is used with a LOT of different software.

Boot into safe mode and rename it (do NOT delete it) - reboot back to normal mode and reinstall the software.
