Font problem with Outlook dialog boxes for Windows XP

I have a minor problem with Outlook for Windows XP, i.e. the fonts for dialog boxes are incorrect.

The screen resolution I am using is 1280x960 pixels. When I open up a dialog box in outlook (e.g. try to change the "Options" in Outlook), the fonts for the tabs are correct, but the fonts for the contents and buttons are larger and bold fonts. I tried to change the screen to lower resolution, but the problem remains the same.

This problem caused some of the options go beyond the dialog box window, as a result I cannot modify the options that I cannot see.

Anyone know why I am having this problem?
