Syagte Problems After Installing

hi just installed sygate pro version i dunno if itmatters pro or not but heres my problem after i installed it and it asked to reboot , it got to the start up screen and started asking for allow this allow that and i said yes to everything but i got a memory error that couldnt start the spooler and when i tried using other programs and firefox it didnt work either sygate poped up and said firefox blocked from network(little confused here) i didnt mess with any settings as of yet this is straight from the install only

dont know if it would have anything to do with spyware or antivirus but ive ran bothe adaware and spybot and have norton running

i also have a dlink router running and i called the tech support to make sure i didnt have to add sygate as a application and they said NO that i didnt have to , so maybe i do....but havent yet

seems everything i try to use gets blocked by sygate and if i choose allow all i can use firefox and everything , dunno whats happened im lost ...

thanks if anyone can shed light here

Thanks glc, i thought the same thing because the error says lex... spooler with is for printers but i dont have a lexmark no more i trashed it and removed the software 3 months ago and as you know when you remove certain things all of it dont go so i removed the registry keys i could find plus went into admin tools>services and after removing lexmark there were still 2 processes there set for automactic so i set them to disabled.

Everything was working fine till i installed sygate pro , never got a error.

Since i got rid of the lexmark i bought a HP printer and installed that 2 weeks ago everything has been smooth.

I also tried uninstalling sygate then i dont get the error, and reinstalled it again and done the same thing, i done this a few times.
Then i tried just using the Free version of sygate and that did the same so im a little confused yet.

Is there some lexmark files(that needs to be deleted)floating around somewhere that is making my computer think that a lexmark printer is still attached or what?
