Problems with loging in on Fourm

Not sure who to ask, but I decided to put it here. Twice this week, I have encountered problems with loging into the site. After typing my username and passwork correctly I was told I had either "entered a invalid username or password". After five attempts I was blocked form loging in for 15 minutes. Anyone whith admin powers can you please check into it. Thanks much.

We have recently upgraded the forum software to take care of some security issues - this may be a byproduct of the upgrade. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Are you acepting PCMech cookies? At my school it accepts neither the cookies or some of the javascript, and I find that if I login from within the forum (ie when reading a post), but if I go to the homepage of the forum I can login normally. Try logging in from the main page (if you have not done so already.)
