Go to tools>accounts>mail tab>add>mail
then you get the add a new account wizard and you just put in all the info it asks you for, you'll need your user name, password, and the incoming and outgoing mail server names and may have to set them for secure password authentication. Probably the yahoo one will not use SPA. The server info can be found thru your email provider. You can set up both accounts and then you just choose which one to open automatically but can always switch OE to connect to the other one.. HTH

Outlook Express can be setup to take accounts. But the accounts may not work with Outlook Express.

POP3 email access for Yahoo is a premium (extra charge) service. It's maybe $20/yr. Next, some ISPs lock out "foreign" smtp servers. That is, even if you pay you will be able to RECEIVE, but that is no assurance you can SEND via Yahoo return address. Check to see if this is possible.

I believe RayH is correct. Usually Outlook Express will just work with your ISP email name without any problems or extra charges. You should check with Yahoo and see what you need to do.

You should do the same for your other email name. I cant tell where the extension is from. I take it that is from your ISP? Hope that helps!
