oldjohn Member (1 bit) Join Date: Jan 2005 Posts: 1	outlook 2003 sp1 Hello all, I am a newbie here, Got a problem, occasionally when I open outlook to view mail, when I right click the e-mail to edit, move or delete, all I get is a faint shadow of the option box.
