blue screen

today when i turned on my computer i was greeted with this blue screen, i solved it by going to safe mode and then system restore but i would like to know what is this blluescreen

Hmmmm, I guess that's not the BSOD. At first I thought, "WOW, that's a new one, never seen that error message on my computer before. What OS does he have?" Then realized it's a Webshot error.

In the album properties, change the it to public instead of private.
