MBM numbers

I recently installed Motherboard Monitor and its giving me these numbers

48 deg. celcius for CPU
34 deg celcius for case

obviously i cant store frozen food in my case, so these numbers dont seem right. anything i can do?

Edit: Im running an xblade case with 3 case fans, 1 GPU fan and a huge intel stock Heatsink w/fan

Those numbers sound perfectly reasonable to me. You noticed that they are in Celsius, not Fahrenheit, right? 48°C is 120°F, which is a completely reasonable temperature for a CPU.
