CoreCenter : Failed To Load Hardware Monitor Driver

You guys will no more about this than me so here goes.

I have core centre installed on my PC and it works fine on my windows XP account (Administrator) but when someone tries to log on to another account everything starts up fine apart from corecenter which displays an error message:

Failed To Load Hardware Monitor Driver

followed shortly by

No Hardware Monitor

Can anyone find away around this.

Anyone got any ideas? Ive searched google and everything but knowone seems to know.

Ive tried uninstall/reinstall on both mine and other accounts but it still pops up.
