outlook problem
i have a gmail account on my outlook and the problem is that i always have to click on send/recieve in order to reveive mails, is there anything i can do to make it automatic

that is based on outlook, not gmail. if you go into send/receive options, you can change the time between checking email.

i know that its based on outlook but how do i change it i have outlook 2003

don't have outlook on this comp, but i will try to remember. tools -> options -> mail settings -> send/receive. something along those lines

hobey19 is on the right track. It's Tools>Options>Mail SETUP. Then you'll see a 'Send/Receive' button. Click the button and it will give you the options to customize these settings.
